The United Nations Development Programme in Papua New Guinea (UNDP PNG) is undertaking a solicitation of bid proposals from prospective organisation or individuals who are interested to carry out a Baseline Study of Royal PNG Constabulary’s (RPNGC) Prevention and Response to Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Papua New Guinea

In that respect, UNDP PNG invites your agency to participate in the competitive bidding for the provision of the above mentioned Professional Services.

To enable you to submit a proposal a detailed “Request for Proposal” can be downloaded from the left hand column of this page, or can be collected from UNDP office at Level 14 Deloitte Tower, Port Moresby.

The purpose of this Terms of Reference is to request for proposals from organisations or individuals interested in and capable of undertaking a baseline survey to support the development of a specific curriculum for the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary (RPNGC) to support their prevention and response to Gender-Based Violence (GBV)

You are cordially invited to complete the documents as described in the “Instructions to Offerers” in two separate sealed envelopes labelled “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” for your offer comprising of seven (7) copies of the technical proposal and one (1) copy of the financial proposal, which should reach the following address no later than Friday, 9th August, 2010 at or before 1700 hrs PNG time.
